The Munich Wanderers are a part of the German Alpine Association or
DAV. Started as an independent organisation in the summer of 1999 by
two Brits who wanted to make the mountains more accessible
English language church services in Munich. MICC was founded in 1985 by
a group of Christians in Munich, seeking worship and fellowship in
English. The first step was to form a home bible study

DIF (Deutsch-Irischer Freundeskreis Bayern e.V.) was founded in Munich
in1986 with the aim of promoting international understanding and
tolerance among all nationalities
